We do not believe in fast, throwaway fashion. Every garment at Black Chair Streetwear is printed-on-demand to minimize environmental waste and maintain premium quality. Please read our timelines carefully before placing your order.

1. The Two-Phase Timeline

Your delivery window consists of two distinct operational phases:

Total Delivery Time = Processing/Printing Time + Transit/Courier Time

  • Phase 1: Processing & Printing (3–5 Business Days)

    • Once your order is confirmed, our production facility sources the 240 GSM blank garment, prepares the DTG print bed, executes the white ink underbase, cures the graphic, and performs a strict quality audit.

  • Phase 2: Shipping & Transit (4–7 Business Days)

    • Once dispatched, our shipping partners (Delhivery, BlueDart, or Shiprocket) transit the package to your location.

    • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days transit.

    • Tier 2 & 3 Cities / Rest of India: 5–7 business days transit.

2. Standard Shipping Rates

  • Prepaid Orders: Free shipping across India on orders above [e.g., ₹1,499]. A nominal shipping fee of [e.g., ₹99] applies to orders below this value.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: A non-refundable COD handling fee of [e.g., ₹60] is charged by our courier partners at checkout to process physical cash collection.

3. Order Tracking

The moment your garment is packed and handed over to the shipping carrier, an automated email and SMS containing your tracking number and carrier link will be dispatched to your registered contact details. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking status to update on the carrier portal.
